Lead Business Analyst

Our client, a large financial services company, are currently recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst to be based in Edinburgh and to work within the busy life and pensions business.

The role requires a strong, proven Lead BA, with experience of managing a team of between 8 and 12 BAs across multiple workstreams on a complex and fluid programme of work. They will report into a Senior Lead BA and a Programme Manager and will work along side other Lead BAs.

The candidate requires a proven ability to plan and re-plan analysis activities, provide impact assessment and effective feedback on change to requirements and solution submitted to the programme - working alongside the architecture and development teams - and to provide quality assurance capability across the programme.

Experience of annuities within Life and Pensions would be highly desirable.
