Lead Biostatistical Programming

The Biostatistical Programming Manager will work in the Global Statistical Programming Group

*Reports to Director of Biostatistical Programming
*Lead a programming team, define scope of responsibilities, ensure the analysis and presentation of clinical trial safety data is accurate and complete according to agreed resource and timeline plans;
*Create and/or review and approve all programming plans, ensure appropriate resource allocation and prioritization
*Ensure best programming practice through leadership of programming process improvement initiatives;
*Provide technical leadership and supervision to team members, and provide technical solutions to programming problems
*Lead and develop the initiatives of programming technical and process improvement
*Participate in statistical programming process and system audits by company CQA and external bodies, and respond to audit questions and findings;

Basic Qualifications

?Doctorate degree & 2 years of directly related experience, Master's degree & 6 years of directly related experience, Bachelor's degree or & 8 years of directly related experience

*Degree(s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences or other scientific subject

*2 years of lead experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources Preferred Qualifications
*Biostatistical Programming using the SAS System
*Project planning
*Process improvement participation
*International co-operation
*Team participation and effectiveness; demonstrated leadership
*8+ years of Biostatistical Programming
