Lead BI/EDW Analyst

Provide leadership in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for the company. Will interact with other BI team members as well as collaborate with the business areas to deliver solutions and support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI/EDW solutions utilizing the Microsoft BI Toolset
- Learn and support our current BI solutions
- Support analytical decision-making on key strategic initiatives by coordinating and developing data-driven solutions
- Provide technical advice, instruction, and training to junior developers, team members, and business partners
- Provide detail analysis and design for new development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems
- Adhere to the software development, standards, and best practices
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Build and maintain healthy working relationships with team members and customers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Senior knowledge and experience with the Microsoft BI Tools (Required)
- 6+ years I.S. experience, with 4 or more years in a Data Analyst or Software Development role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong background with data, data modelling/structuring, and data transformations
