Lead BA- Regulatory

A tier one investment banking client of mine has an urgent opening for a Lead Business Analyst who has experience managing a team of Business Analysts globally.

The successful candidate will manage the day to day workload of the group of business analysts ensuring workload is planned accordingly to ensure a sufficient flow of work to the developers/testers and that key delivery objectives are met

Essential:

-5 years experience of analysis in an investment bank
-Up to 3 years experience of managing a team of business analysts
-Experience in Business Process Modelling and exposure to standards such as BPMN.
-Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
-Experience of working on Agile projects.
-Experience of HP Quality Centre and Requirement Tools (such as Rational Rose, Jira) Data modelling experience

Experience of current regulatory initiatives Dodd Frank Act, EMIR and FATCA
