Lead Architect/Developer

Exciting opportunity to Lead Architecture and development of this organizations' highly branded consumer facing websites utilizing your web tier architecture and development experience. In addition to strong technical architecture and development skills, you must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and have built solutions in a Scrum Methodology environment. A high level of client interfacing is also a key function in this role as you build out of the box solutions!

You must have a leadership presence and demonstrate ability to develop solutions. You must work well with others and self-motivate in this fast paced high volume environment. As a leader, the environment requires and highly collaborative dynamic personality who has thrived working in an enterprise environment. The work will be both new development and enhancements and will be primarily Front End focused and knowledgeable of Back End systems. Looking for great problem solving and solution skills with an analytical mindset.

BACKGROUND REQUIRED:

- 7+ years of Java/J2EE Development and Architecture
- 5+ years of Spring MVC and IOC
- 5+ years of Apache
- 2-3 years of JQuery and JSP
- 2+ years of Maven
- SVN
- Web Services
- Strong preference for Scrum certification
- Excellent Communication
