Mentmore are currently supporting a global insurance company who are seeking a Lead Architect on a contract basis to work across Belgium & the Netherlands.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to the different teams within the organisation.

Lead a team of enterprise architects, business architects, data architects and application and domain architects in Belgium & the Netherlands.

Responsible for the implementation of the organisation to microservices, cloud, CI/CD and a global service model and multi-modal IT (2-speed architecture).

Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs of the company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Insurance background

Excellent knowledge of Big Data architecture & security architecture

Good knowledge of Cloud and digital architecture
-
Team Management/Leadership (3+ Years)
