Lead Application Analyst
Part Time (18.5 hours per week), Fixed Term (24 months)
Grade G: £36,309 - £45,954 per annum, pro rata

An exciting opportunity exists for a part-time Lead Application Analyst to work in a dynamic friendly team delivering business critical and student facing applications and services within the ITMS department.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the University. It is essential that you have experience of working in a customer support environment, working with a mix of internal and external teams. It is essential that you have experience of supplier management with internally or externally hosted systems, bespoke and commercial off the shelf applications and multiple suppliers. You will also have experience in service management, in particular release management.

Experience required:

-Experience of providing 2nd and 3rd line support for large multi-user applications.
-Supplier and release management.
-Budget management knowledge and experience.
-Resource Capacity management.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-motivation and drive to "get things done".
-Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
