Lead APEX Developer (Oracle Applications Express)

LEAD ORACLE APPLICATIONS EXPRESS/APEX DEVELOPER REQUIRED URGENTLY FOR KEY PROJECT IN DUBLIN
This client is a large services organisation with significant operations across Ireland, and also in Dublin.
They currently urgently require an Oracle Applications Express Developer for 5-10 months to provide expertise across a number of key areas.
You will join the applications team as part of a wider development/delivery group that designs, develops, implements & supports the organizations business systems primarily Oracle.
THE ROLE:
- Take the lead role on the design, creation and implementation of new Apex instance
- Lead the technical analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of new Incident Management System
- Work closely with colleagues and teams to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
- Document all required information and develop reports as required
- Train other users on functionality.
- Take the role as APEX expert within this Oracle team and provide key input development plans regarding design, development and upgrade of instances.
YOUR SKILLS:
- You will have at least 4-5 years SQL, PL/SQL and APEX development experience.
- You will have a very technical background in with in-depth experience in developing solutions on Oracle platforms/databases
- You will have outstanding team player skills, but also outstanding analytical skills
- You have be a problem solver by nature and have proven experience in bringing key improvements to processes and projects
- Ideally you will have had some exposure to Project Management though this is not essential.
- You will have experience working with Oracle AIM methodology
