Lead Analyst - Facilities

Oversee several capital construction projects. Ensure projects stay on schedule, attend project meetings. Review bid submittals and perform data analysis. Create spreadsheets to analyze bid responses.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to plan and manage projects. Knowledge of facilities, construction, operation or engineering projects. Knowledge of economic evaluation for projects. Ability to run project meetings, update schedules and financials. General construction project management. Analyze data.

Skill Sets Required and Years of Experience Needed:
Strong organization skills are required. Ability to handle many projects and deadlines at one time. Ability to communicate with others and ability to take responsibility for the progress of projects.

Desired Experience and Years of Experience Needed:
At least two years of college education in related field and several months of on the job experience.

Educational Requirements:
Associates Degree in a related discipline (Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering). Working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel.

The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
