Lead .NET Developer/Architect/Coach

For a Realdolmen project in Antwerp we are looking for an experienced .NET Consultant for the following role:

Technical coaching of developers regarding .net Web development (MVC)

Extensive experience with CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, LESS
AngularJS (2 years of practical experience)
Twitter Bootstrap (2 years of practical experience)
Knockout
WCF
Strong communication skills so that the chosen web development stack for the following project is tailored and aligned with other senior .netters in the company

Controlling +/- 3 developers in India, for conversion from one framework (WPF) to web development (Twitter Bootstrap based)
Lead .NET function, acts as the right hand of the project leader for the technical shutdown of the project
Willingness to drive the Indian developers (who will be on site for two weeks and then work offshore), especially through video conferencing and counting
Short-term willingness to travel to India (if a pure offshore succession proves to be inadequate)
Good knowledge English

50% of time on Front End Architecture:
Set up new framework in Angular 2
A thorough knowledge of Angular 2 is a prerequisite

Knowledge of Sass/Jekyll/bootstrap is a requirement
50% of time on a 2nd project
Frontend: knockout
Backend: ASP.NET MVC/Webforms/NHibernate/SQL (many SQL are used + stored procedures)
Research replaces knockout for new technology
