LDAP Support Engineer

For my large banking client based in Zurich, Switzerland we are looking for a:

LOCATION: ZURICH, SWITZERLAND

START: ASAP

DURATION: 6 MONTHS (POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS)

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH MANDATORY AND GERMAN AN ADVANTAGE

LDAP SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are seeking an LDAP Support Engineer with strong technical skills gained in an enterprise environment covering the basic infrastrucre & technical knowledge plus experience around implementing & supporting associated tools & processes

SCOPE OF WORK:

- Solution engineering of solutions based on Oracle Enterprise Directory Server and Proxy Server
- Development of monitoring and other data interfaces for applications
- Cooperation in customer projects
- Providing 3rd Level Support

SKILLS:

- Strong (generic) LDAP knowledge
- SUN Directory Server 6.3.x experience
- Unix Shell Scripting (preferably bash)
- Good fundamentals of Solaris and RHEL O/S
- Experience with Programming/Scripting against LDAP Directories (preferably JNDI)
- Good fundamentals Programming with Java

EXPERIENCE:

- Experienced with application integration & adoption
- Proven delivery & technical problem-solving skills
- 7+ years Unix platform experience
