LC2IS Systems Support (NATO)

The following duties shall be performed by the selected candidate with respect to the LC2IS Software.

Primary duties
. Support the technical definition of new software versions.
. Support the qualification of new software versions.
. Contribute to the system knowledge base and support portal.
. Perform updates to documentation.
. Perform or support the maintenance of the issue logs.
. Perform in depth analysis of reported technical issues.
. Perform or support testing of new baselines.
. Support related Quality Assurance activities.

Secondary duties
. Perform system installation, administration and lab maintenance.
. Perform system support (onsite or remote sites).
. Perform technical surveys for remote sites.
. Perform 2nd level support (investigation) of raised trouble tickets.
. Coordinate with external developers for software code correction.
. Perform limited corrections of software code (NCIA IPR).
. Provide LC2IS System Administration Training.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
