NK066 Lawyer with Banking (funds) expertise: Banking, Brussels
Leading bank is looking for an experienced lawyer to work on:
reviewing and analysing Funds' account opening documentation;
identifying problematic clauses and solutions in light of Euroclear Bank's services;
documenting the solutions;
providing legal training (risk awareness) of the operational staff
cooperating with the lawyers of the Legal Division
Your Profile
minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience in the capital market or similar relevant experience preferably gained in the in-house legal division of a bank, broker or other financial institution, fund, transfer agent or in a law firm;
fluent in English;
with the following skills:
- excellent legal skills and knowledge of market practices in the financial world
- excellent knowledge of the funds industry
- excellent communication and ability to integrate in a team
- detailed-oriented and analytic
- pragmatic, risk aware and capable to take initiatives
- flexible and proactive
able to (i) deliver high quality support and (ii) provide practical guidelines to business staff
Location: Brussels
Rate: 600 - 625 Euros per day
