Lawyer - OTC Derivatives

This role will be Regulatory work specifically on EMIR and the relating regulatory obligations applicable on the bank including EMIR obligations on the Bank's Financial and Non-Financial Counterparties. This will include the various reporting and clearing obligations. Sound knowledge of clearing and execution agreements relating to OTC Derivatives Clearing. General financial services background with knowledge of derivatives. Up to date knowledge of the latest industry and regulatory developments. Working closely with colleagues in the Legal & Compliance Departments including working with the business and relevant project management team."
