I am looking for a Lawyer who will support the Legal team and will focus on Logistics, Shipping and Delivery. A strong problem solver who has a proven track record of solving complex legal transactions. You must be a qualified solicitor with in-house experience.
As the Lawyer you will structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, as well as getting involved in all company transactions as well as assisting with employment and privacy, regulatory issues and co-ordinating government relations team. As well as dealing with other departments such as Finance, Tax and Risk.
You will be working for a global online retailer, therefore must have experience of commercial agreements preferably within logistic services and you must have experience of previously working for an Internet based company dealing with Web or Mobile Apps.
This is a 12 month contract starting ASAP - Rate is negotiable but approx. £275 per day
