My client, a global Asset Management institution, has an upcoming requirement for a Senior Lawyer with a detailed background in the Asset/Investment Management industry to join the Front Office Trading floor. In this role you will be required to assist the Front Office on a variety of documentation and advisory issues. There are also multiple ongoing organisational changes occurring for which legal advice and assistance is required.

In additional to qualifications, drafting, review and legal documentation skills it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following skills and background:

- A detailed career history gained within Buy Side/Asset Management institutions. Please note that this is essential- a background in Investment Banking (Sell side) is unsuitable for this position
- Detailed Front Office exposure and hands on experience. It is imperative that you are comfortable working with Front Office staff
- Strong Product understanding across Fixed Income and Equities- typical Buy Side Product understanding essential
- Understanding of Asset Class Merging highly beneficial
