Launch Engineer

Launch engineer required to support the harness team during a busy period of programme launch.

Responsibilities will include:
- Line support where required
- Managing and helping to contain and apply permanent corrective action to build related issues via aims
- Revving and getting to root cause of FMS issues
- Raising and implementing in process containments (IPC's) and Rework instruction sheets (RIS's)
- Helping to manage and support the supplier engineers during launch periods."

Skills Required:
- Have the ability to interact with a wide range of people from hourly paid to director level.
- Must be very proactive and self driven
- Must have the ability to work within a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Must be a logical thinker and process the ability to stand up for doing the right thing.

Skills Preferred:
- Some experience of automotive preferred
- Experience of working in a high pressurised environment with fast reaction times required.
