LAUNCH AND DELIVERY BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CREVE COEUR, MO

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Launch Functions
- Communication planning/execution
- Coordination and/or facilitation of user acceptance testing
- Coordination/delivery of training
- Collaborating with the PM and business process owners to define key adoption success metrics
- Assessing IT related risks
- Delivery Functions-
- Establish availability and performance measurements
- Capture configuration and asset management (CMDB) information
- Facilitate documentation/execution of knowledge management artifacts
- Ensure applications are "support ready"

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS
- Three (3+) years of experience leading change or leading business transformation projects
- Experience in one or more areas of supply chain business process: customer service, demand/supply planning, production, logistics, quality, and environmental/safety/health
- ITIL certified and change management.
- Corporate experience executing Change Management methodology
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives
- Training - creation of training course material, training delivery/facilitation
- Experience with agriculture industry
- Experience with chemical industry
