LATAM DESK-ACCOUNT MANAGER-PRIVATE BANK-ZURICH Our client Our client is a leading Swiss and Global private banking group, dealing only with sophisticated international private clients. Having a presence in Switzerlandand all around the world, this group has developed a large LATAM desk and today the Zurichoffice is looking for a LATAM Account Manager. The role You will work as key partner for the Relationship Managers and the whole LATAM desk, your main duties will be: * Support the relationship manager in all aspects linked to account management * Support clients in their demands and requests * Open accounts and ensure the follow up in the opening and running process * Handle with the compliance and legal questions linked to accounts management (proper administration, management, etc.) * Prepare and support/assist client meetings * Ad hoc project and collaboration within the desk * Daily interaction with RMs, assistants, Legal department, Market analysts, etc. The requirements * You have a Commercial oriented (banking) education/degree * You have min. 5-6 years experience as an Assistant or as an Account Manager in the private banking sector * You have a very good understanding of the private banking products * You have experience with clients contact and you are services oriented * You have been exposed to the execution and back office processes + the legal & compliance procedures * You are able to work at different levels and within a multicultural environment * You have strong interpersonal and communication skills * You are team player, solutions minded and proactive * You have good knowledge of MS Office-Excel-PowerPoint * You speak fluently Spanish (mother tongue or similar), excellent English and German The offer You will be part of a positive and successful team and you will work for a Private Bank that provides attractive conditions and development plans.
