* Performing loads simulation using state of the art software tools (mainly Flex5) for new product development or design change projects
* Implementation of load assumptions as defined in IEC/GL Guidelines for design of wind turbines
* Optimization of loads and power performance of multi-megawatt wind turbines
* Analysis, interpretation and a good quality assurance in all load simulation inputs and outputs. E.g., design load cases, aerodynamics and structural model parameters, advanced control features and related parameters, critical resonance frequencies, fatigue and extreme loads etc
* Preparation and presentation of load simulation results systematically and precisely with necessary interpretations
* Calculation of component loads and creation of related reports
* Analysis of measurement data and preparing comparison against load simulations
* Conform to Suzlon quality process and deliver the results in time according to project plan
* Support Project work in an international and intercultural team

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Dipl.-Ing./Master in Mechanical-/Electrical Engineering or master in Physics, Aerospace or similar
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in load simulations preferably in wind energy industry
* Good knowledge on load simulation tools in particular FLEX5, GH BLADED and/or HAWC2
* Knowledge of IEC and GL wind turbine design guidelines and compliance requirements
* Very good knowledge of theoretical aspects like aerodynamics, structural dynamics, regulation technology, fatigue analysis
* Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and in writing
* Very good presentation skills using MS Office tools
* Team-player and open minded to work with an international and intercultural team
* Proactive way of thinking, creative, individual responsibility, willing to learn, good social skills
* Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for work
