Our Client is looking to appoint LAS ST3 doctor specialising in Cardiology. The post is for 6 months and commencing as soon as possible and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience of work at LAS ST3 Doctor level while waiting for a numbered post.
The LAS ST3 Doctor will work for our Client based in West Midlands. Duties include the supervision of Foundation Doctors and Core Medical Trainees who have direct responsibility for admission of acute and planned cases and their continued care while in hospital.
A wide experience in General Medicine, covering all the major specialties is available, both from General Medical On-Call and regular involvement in the management of in-patients (including conducting own ward rounds).
The appointment is Whole Time, and the Terms and Conditions of service are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Medical and Dental Staff (England and Wales) and the General Medical Council Conditions of Service as amended from time to time.
