Laptop Support Technician Job

LAPTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

- Troubleshooting skills
- Laptop knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Laptop Support- Troubleshoot laptop issues for onsite support, as well as remote support via phone.
- Laptop Experience is needed- Imaging, troubleshooting technical issues.
- Complete testing of all used equipment in mass- KB, Ports, Sound, HD, USB, Wireless, Etc.
- Resolve requests according to SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
- Document all incidents in the ticket system.
- Refurbishment & Cleaning of used laptops is part of our duties- Some exposure to dust, and/or light lifting.
- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to do troubleshooting over the phone.

- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
