Laptop Support Technician

Yoh has a 12 month contract opportunity for a LAPTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join our client, SAP Americas located in Newtown Square, PA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Duties will be to perform end-user support primarily for laptops but may involve some mobile phone support. This will include working with remote users over the phone and supporting users at walk-up shop. Report all incidents in the help desk ticketing system. Manage all requests to closure, escalating as needed. Cross Training for phone support is necessary as we are a one stop shop for local support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Laptop Support. Troubleshoot laptop issues for onsite support, as well as remote support via phone.
- Laptop Experience is needed. Imaging, troubleshooting technical issues.
- Complete testing of all used equipment in mass. KB, Ports, Sound, HD, USB, Wireless, Etc.
- Resolve requests according to SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
- Document all incidents in the ticket system.
