JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Language trainer
Company: One of Leading IT Company
LOCATION: LITHUANIA, VILNIUS (BASE LOCATION WOULD BE VILNIUS, HOWEVER CANDIDATE NEED TO TRAVEL to the countries where he/she can teach the language)
FOR EXAMPLE: IF CANDIDATE CAN GIVE TRAINING ON DUTCH LANGUAGE, HE/SHE SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO DUTCH COUNTRIES. IF IT IS DANISH, HE/SHE NEED TO GO TO DENMARK ETC. (It is similar for all EU languages)
TYPE: CONTRACT (3 MONTHS TO 6 MONTHS CONTRACT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Conducting Classroom Trainings.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
- Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom management strategies.
- Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines.
- Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
- Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
- To develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
- Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.
