RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up and maintain fee, federal various state and BIA oil & gas leases and Right-of-Ways, well records, lease records, contracts and division of interests utilizing Tobin software package. Analyze and set up oil calculate working and net revenue interests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required
- Computer efficient in Land software (Tobin Suite)
- 8+ years experience in land/title related functions. Advanced experience in lease, contract and Division order maintenance. Broad advanced oil and gas technical knowledge and a good understanding of associated land functions and disciplines. Ability to work Texas or Rocky Mountain properties.
