LAN/WAN SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Bluefish are a telecoms consulting and professional services firm.

This position will be responsible for understanding and capturing the technical requirements for a LAN/WAN solution, using additional resources where appropriate from by liaising with partners.

Responsible for providing Network Impact Analysis for new projects using additional resources where appropriate assuming that appropriate volumetrics can be supplied.

Responsible for partner requirements into a product-set when appropriate and producing High Level design documentation according to our client standards. This can mean independent design documentation or input into multi-partner designs.

Responsible for articulating the technical solution to our client, Partners, Service teams and Project Management colleagues and ensuring that the solution design provides for a straight-forward deployment and may be readily managed on an on-going basis.

Responsible for ensuring that all designs include an appropriate network or solution management component to support monitoring, reporting and capacity planning.

Responsible for ensuring that the solutions proposed for each project take into consideration interdependencies with other projects and make recommendations to deliver maximum cost benefit.

Responsible for gaining sign off for technical design for High Level designs or elements of multi-partner designs.

Responsible for the technical relationship with 3rd parties and partners during a project.
