My client is looking for a LAN Security Engineer to work with a fast growing IT service company in Belgium.
The LAN Security Engineer will be responsible for analysing operational requirements, process and technical requirements, proofs of concept. Performance, Risk & Capacity Management, changeinstallation and configuration of all relevant hardware and software, daily monitoring, Incident and problem management.
The LAN Security Engineer duties will also be physical and wireless connectivity within and between sites, redundant IP infrastructures, telephony, multimedia, Internet access and remote access. Administration and maintenance of local area networks, implementation and administration of security defined for local area networks, implementation and rollback plans.
Specific Practice:
Integration, deployment daily operations, monitoring and debugging of Local Area Network security solutions. Administration of Firewall systems, content inspection, Firewall statistics and related security tools in large networks (>1000 nodes). Networking security services in Microsoft Environments, VPN and encryption systems, Administration of Web filtering.

IDS/IPS, IP Switching, Satellite communication, ADSL, WAF, WLAN WiFi, CCSSA, CISSP, CCSE, Blue coat proxySG, Juniper, JNCIS-FWV, TCP/IP, SNMP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, Qos.
