We are currently looking to recruit an experienced LANDesk Systems Management Consultant for a short term contract based on-site with one of Dell's key Pharmacutical customers based in London.

The successful applicant will have experience in Patch/Hotfix Management (LANDesk) and process design.

- Prepare reports on the configuration and health of the existing LANDesk environment, including any problems discovered during the assessment and any recommendations for implementation
- Create a Patch Management plan and process workflow for the download, testing, approval and subsequent deployment of patches to systems
- Demonstrate Patch Management for customer acceptance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail and an ability to follow process
- You will also have the ability to work and remain calm in a high pressure environment, with good team working skills but equally has to be capable of working alone
