LAM Analyst

Our client, a large financial institution, is currently looking to hire a LAM ANALYST, to join their team in NORTHAMPTON, initially on a 5 MONTH contract.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Overall purpose of this role:

- Undertake LAM activities and tasks in relation to Shared Drives, Mailboxes and SharePoint sites, with the appropriate level of control.
- To process & progress user access recertification's for all in scope share drives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

LAM Analysis work

- Use Bank Logical Access Management tools, or 'tactical' spreadsheets, to provide recertification information for Business Areas - ensuring ALL users of all in scope systems have the correct levels of access, and their access is authorised
- Determine and establish Owners of information stored in systems/processes
- Ensure any gaps found are highlighted and followed through to remediation closure
- Raise requests for User Lists and systems for Users
- Testing of User Access permissions with Users in the business
- Educate Users of new encryption processes, resolution of issues to embed BAU processes
- Record and evidence information accurately for Audit purposes

90% - LAM ANALYSIS WORK

- Use either SLAM or LAMr Portal tools, or 'tactical' spreadsheets, to provide recertification information across the Business - ensuring ALL users of all in scope systems have the correct levels of access, and their access is authorised
- Undertake annual reviews of all documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and complete
- Undertake weekly exception reporting - escalation of Unmatched accounts, overdue Deletions, and any Breaches from the SLAM and LAMr Portal tools
- Produce Metrics/Scorecards on a regular basis, as required by management

10% - RISK, AUDIT AND REGULATORY COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT

- Provide information to audit, internal or external, to show all LAM processes are in place and complete with no breaches in LAM controls
- Demonstrating effective governance to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all remediation actions are logged, analysed and addressed
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes, for instance applications coming into Sarbanes Oxley scope.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Adept use of Microsoft Excel
