Lagan CRM Configuration Analyst

This role has been released on a temporary basis they are looking for someone with extensive experience in the development and configuration of re-engineered business processes in a CRM (preferably Lagan) environment, including the ability to produce Eforms (requires an understanding ability to understand some XML) and BI reports (requires an understanding of SQL Reporting) and also have an understanding/experience of using Lagan Webservice calls.

Main Duties:

* Extensive knowledge of the Lagan CRM solution to provide expert advice to colleagues in the implementation team regarding Lagan's functionality and abilities to deliver re-designed processes and solutions, in conjunction with back office integrations and an external business rules database.
* An understanding and working experience of delivering a fully mobile CRM solution would be preferable (the Council currently uses Total Mobile and Optitime workforce scheduling)
* Ability to develop design documentation to lead the technical build and implementation of technology (including Lagan CRM, integration with back office systems, Opti-time workforce scheduling, Total Mobile, self-service) and other improvements, to support the roll out of the Customer Access Programme.
* A positive 'can-do' attitude with an ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. A flexible approach will be required and the role may require some out of hours working often at short notice to minimise down time to operational systems.
