CONTRACTOR ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- The position is primarily non-technical, labour based.
- Clean and prepare equipment for inspection, assembly and disassembly. Use of hand tools, pressure washer and bead blast enclosed unit.
- Assist with movement of goods by forklift, overhead crane and by manual handling. Some work with mobile crane unit (slinging/rigging).
- Disassembly and assembly of offshore equipment.
Contractor Ideal/Special Experience:
- Technical: Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and engineering part specifications.
- Assembly/Disassembly: Assembly/Disassembly of products in accordance with drawings, engineering part specifications and assembly procedures.
- Risk Assessments: Knowledge and use of risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis
