Labour Trades Administrator - 3 Month Contract - Immediate Start

We are recruiting for one of the nation's largest commercial companies who provide an extensive range of construction services including construction management, general contracting, design and build and preconstruction.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Labour Trades Administrator to join our team in Maidenhead on a 3 month temporary contract. As the successful candidate you will have great attention to detail and be able to carry out a variety of administrative activities within the Rail project team.

Key Requirements

- administrative support to the Labour Manager
- logging labour trades across various databases
- co-ordinate appropriate storage of hard and soft copy material
- complete accurate data entry on databases
- process new starter documentation
- type up word documents and create excel spread-sheets
- take calls and forward messages when required
- assist with queries and provide responses
- scan/photo copy/archive
- minute taking and writing up meeting notes
- ad-hoc duties as and when required from management
