Laboratory Technician Job

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MIDDLETON, WI.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with Sterile technique, tissue culture and microscopy.
- Laboratory experience is preferred
- Knowledge in cGMP, SOPs' and basic laboratory procedures
- Knowledge in using lab equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working in sterile laboratory environments and manipulating tissue culture and plant material.
- Processing and microscopic imaging of plant material and general laboratory and green house work.
- Repetitive tasks and fine scale manipulation of material.
- Performs laboratory technical tasks.
- Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials, ordering and stocking
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in STEM is a plus
- Associate's Degree with 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to focus and attention to detail is critical.
