Laboratory Technician Job

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC.

What you'll be doing:
- Operating wet process equipment to fabricate flexible printed circuits.
- Set-up and calibrating test equipment for the testing of product performance.
- Self-scheduling time to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Run designed experiments using six sigma principles.
- Record results in notebook, spreadsheets and presentations, discuss observations with team.
- Follow all safety practices quality procedures and equipment SOP's., maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required and receive training on all equipment before use

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- BS Degree in a scientific field, ie Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience working in an industrial laboratory setting preferred.
- Demonstrated capability to follow safe working practices and quality procedures Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, flexibility and strong attention to detail
