Laboratory Technician Grade 2

Laboratory Technician Grade 2, Harwell, 6 months, £10.99 per hour

Our World leading client requires a Grade 2 Laboratory Technician to work within a team of Technologists to formulate, develop and test lubricants and additives used in marine and large engine applications.

As Grade 2 Laboratory Technician, you will prepare and evaluate oils and additives, generate and interpret data and then present your findings and results. You will be responsible for creating and developing tests for evaluation for marine, rail and gas engine applications.

The successful candidate will have a degree, or equivalent, in Science with a particular focus on Chemistry. You will be organised with excellent communication skills. You will have a traceable 5 year history for security purposes.
