- Sets up, operates and maintains laboratory instruments, monitors experiments, makes observations, calculates and records results, and often develops conclusions.
- Individual is familiar with basic scientific principles and has had some laboratory experience.
- Can follow written direction and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Has good communication skills and is computer literate.

- Previous Laboratory experience highly desired

SKILLS:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science preferably Food Science or Chemistry.
- 1-2 years experience in food science.
- Prefer experience with gum or polymer.
- Must be willing and able to chew samples of sugar free gum.
- Basic computer, Word, skills.
