My client, a major operator, is searching for an experienced Laboratory Representative to work on a contract basis at their corporate office in the Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. *Must be authorized to work in the US. Key Accountabilities: * Act as a the client's representative to : * Liaison between PropTester (laboratory manager) and the client specifically the immobile proppant project manager during or any other authority within the Water Injection in Soft Sands (WISS) program. * Drive HSSE requirements per PropTester contract and as require by the client (in coordination with the client's HSSE resource). * Ability to work in a diverse environment including different nationalities. Inspire a productive and positive work environment as the client's ambassador at PropTester. * Develop and own immobile proppant laboratory testing protocol (s). Laboratory testing protocols fully discussed with and approved by immobile proppant project manager. Laboratory testing protocols include: Test 1: Activation. Test 2: Flow Loop. Test 4: Plugging / Sand Retention Test 6: Mechanical Properties Test 7: Compatibility Test 9: Tortuous path Test 10A: Small Scale Frac Wall 2 * Assure that the agreed laboratory protocols are implemented. * Oversee the physical testing of immobile proppant options at PropTester. Proactive and present during testing execution. * Communicate to immobile proppant project manager any inconsistencies observed for project manager action. * Management of data and reports, responsibilities include: * Quality of the data gathered during each test at PropTester. * Maintenance and QA/QC of data base. * Compilation of post job reports (PJRs). * Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of Camille. * Responsible for Non-conformance reports (NCR).
