Description

- Implementation of in-process controls
- Carry out further work (sieve analyzes, particle measurements with QICPIC, bulk and tamped volumes, production of the disintegration media)
- Responsible for faultless workmanship with regard to quality, quantity and safety
- Responsible for the consistent adherence to the SOPs, hygiene and safety regulations according to cGMP and GSU guidelines
- Performance of physical and galenic tests according to SOP and production regulations
- Operation and monitoring of test equipment and equipment
- Implementation of the delegated sample train
- Consistent compliance with the prescribed test parameters
- Correct, complete and error-free entries in production documents and logbooks
- Resting humidity determinations
- Ensures cleanliness, hygiene and order
- Supports validation activities
- Technical support for the introduction of new products
- Execution of plant and floor cleanings correspond to the cleaning procedure
- Careful handling of materials and equipment
- Compliance with working hours, breaks.
- Training of employees
- Completed vocational training
