Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Laborant/Lab Technician for an 11 month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
. the analysis and characterization of therapeutic proteins in early phase clinical development
. the development, validation and execution of methods for the determination of biological activity (potency) and purity, as well as data evaluation and documentation, involving various cell culture methods and read out technologies (eg ELISA, cell-based assays, FACS, qPCR, automation).
. the technical organization of a laboratory operating under GMP, reporting to the laboratory head
Requirements
. University degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in biology/biochemistry with a strong background in cell biology
. at least 3 years of hands-on experience with cell-based assays and immunological assays
. Work Experiences of 2 3 years as a laboratory assistant/lab technician is requested
. knowledge of GMP would be a plus
. Good knowledge of English is required; German is desirable
