Labor & Delivery Nurse Job

LABOR & DELIVERY NURSES needed for a night shift CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Labor & Delivery Nursing Experience
- Working Knowledge and Skills to work in Post Partum

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Monitoring the fetal heart rate and mother's vital signs
- Measuring the strength and timing of contractions
- Administering medications and performing diagnostic tests
- Consulting with physicians and other members of the care team
- Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current CA RN License and Graduation from an Accredited School of Professional Nursing required
- Two (2) years of Labor & Delivery Nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS, CPR Required
- BSN Preferred
- Knowledge and skills to work post partum required
- EKG interpretationAbility to pass EKG/Arrhythmia interpretation exam at time of hire and annually required
- Knowledge of and experience with PCA and PCEA required
- Excellent Interpersonal, Teamwork, and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
