Label Translation Specialist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for preparation of country specific label text and label translations ensuring country specific, internal and regulatory requirements
-Ensure that the GMP quality and safety standards in Label Translation are complied with in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
-For each work order, transfer language specific label text into the electronic label generation system and design the layout for each individual label type
-Generate blueprints and coordinate the release of the individual label models in the electronic system and with the vendor
-Manage the adherence to the production milestone timelines within Packaging Operations and document any delay to the responsible involved parties
-Generate master data in the electronic tracking system (e.g. in SAP system: Material IDs for each label type) and issue project specific print-records
-Update the electronic tracking systems with batch specific data as needed by actual procedures

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical product development
-Ability to work with constantly changing priorities
-Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP etc.)
-Experience in project management or operations planning
-Very Good English and German skills
-Bachelor degree or similar education
