LAB Technician

Our client is a global leader in computer manufacturing seeking a Lab Tech to work for their Mobile and Communications Group, focused on Win8 tablets.

OVERVIEW

- Firmware, OS and device driver installation, debug and troubleshooting
- Platform bring up and check-out
- Working with cross functional engineering teams/IT/site services
- Inventory management
- Lab maintenance
- Shipping/Receiving
- Identifying lab needs/Managing purchasing requests

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in mobile device bring up, OS and driver installation and debug
- Win8 experience a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment
- Familiarity with version control and release processes

Estimated length of contract: 26 weeks

Hours per week: 40 standard hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
