Lab Remediation Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leads application testing and business data migration coordination teams.
- Ensures each team has tools, skills and capabilities to engage with Business users to validate inventory of applications, business data, application data and user base by department.
- Establishes schedules and ensures teams meet weekly objectives.
- Works with senior technical staff and project leadership to address concerns and challenges.

SKILLS

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer communication and engagement skills across various management and staff levels required, as well as strong people & leadership skills. Must have the ability to create a schedule and manage to that schedule. Excellent organizational skills are needed. Must be proficient with Office 2010 and Microsoft Project (3+ years experience) with 7+ years of general IT experience. Solid technical knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- (Windows XP,
- Windows 7) is needed. Must have the ability to create or edit technical documentation used by end-users and seasoned technical staff (4+ years experience) and previous experience (4+ years) working in an environment with more than 2000 client systems. Experience in a "Locked-Down" "Secure" Environment (2+ years) is a must. Understanding of service delivery using ITIL/ITSM standards required. Must have a 4-year degree.
