Lab Process Technician

Execute and adhere to a weekly schedule and the standard work for the solution preparation and glasswash activities. Ensure all solutions are made correctly the first time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set-up and execution of cGMP unit operations with a focus on solution preparation (kitting and solution formulation) and glasswash in a safe and compliant manner, including cleaning and sanitization of the facility and equipment.
- Accurately follow oral, written and electronic instructions in the production area.
- Document daily operations in batch records and logs.
- Operate manual and automated equipment.

SKILLS:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and walk up and down stairs.

- Basic computer skills are required.
- Prior experience working in a federally regulated environment
- Experience making large scale solutions, utilizing electronic formulation systems and records, inventory control systems (ie SAP)
- Experience utilizing automated control systems for CIP/SIP and operations
- Experience using small part clean out of place (COP) systems, small part washers, autoclaves and sterilizing chambers
- Be able to clearly and effectively communicate both written and oral
- Experience in solution formulation and glasswash activities (ie production support)
- Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
