IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Electrical characterization of test chip
-Performing electrical measurements
-Creating automated measurement flows
-RF measurements
-Clean documentation of measurement results according to internal standards
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Solid experience in electrical measurements for electrical characterization of semiconductor switches and ICs
-Very good knowledge in performing electrical IC measurements
-Experience in creating automated measurement flows in LabVIEW (preferred) and/or Matlab
-Additional experience in RF measurements (signal band widths up to 1GHz: RF oscilloscopes, spectral analyzer, network analyzers)
-Discrete working on the assigned measurement tasks
-Very good team player
