Our high-visibility client is looking for a Lab Engineer candidate to assist the Custom Engineering team with supporting IEPerf, PC Ecosystem and Design Content & Publishing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- General knowledge of personal computers, applications software, and/or operating systems
- Experience setting up computer hardware, installing/upgrading software and operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V
- Working knowledge of KVM/PDU over IP, Remote Desktop
- Working knowledge of WTT/ASI technologies a plus
- Scripting knowledge a plus
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work with team members and other teams a must
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Passion & drive for technology and self-motivated
