Projektbeschreibung
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Racking Servers and assembling appliances following all racking and cabling diagrams
- Ensuring appliances are configured and running correctly
- Maintaining all R&D, infrastructure, and production hardware to ensure maximum availability
- Monitoring and tracking utilization rates, server uptime, and mean time to failure
- Working with hardware vendors on hardware issues, escalating as necessary to ensure an acceptable outcome and adherence to SLA
- Developing scripts and tools, if necessary, to automate the daily maintenance of each hardware component
- Interfacing directly with the program management, development and test teams to enable the continued development and testing of the PDW products as directly related to hardware.
This contract position is expected to be about 8 months in duration.
