Lab Analyst

SUMMARY

- Provide testing support for the testing of current products produced to allow for a colleague to focus 100% of their testing time to the validation lots supporting the product transfer
- Conduct routine testing of pharmaceutical and biological products utilizing analytical instrumentation and Computed Data Acquisition Systems (CDAS), ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, CGMPs, Quality Standards and FDA/EU Guidelines.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- B.S. in Chemistry or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and analytical chemistry experience.
- 2-4 years of analytical laboratory experience.
- Demonstrated proficient use of analytical instrumentation including HPLC, GC and UV/Vis testing.
- Demonstrated proficient use of wet chemistry skills.
- Familiarity with FDA guidelines and cGMPs.
- Demonstrated ability to apply personal and laboratory computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the USP and EP pharmacopeias
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
