L3 SUPPORT MSBI (MICROSOFT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE) WANTED WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE BANKING SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' working experience in IT preferably within the financial sector
- Practical knowledge and experience of technologies like SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, C#, .Net, Asp.NET and SQL Server
- Expert in MSBI (Microsoft Business Intelligence), along with SQL Server Integration services, Analysis services and reporting Services
- Familiarity with production support and Asset- or Wealth Management applications
- Competent handling of effort estimation as well as recording and documentation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. Polish and German are advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with the team along with providing 3rd Level Technical Support for applications in Wealth- and Asset Management
- Contributing to the team's delivery to our business clients while building relationships with our key stakeholders
- Driving improvements across software applications including automation and monitoring
- Solving Incidents as well as Service Requests as part of Problem Management
