L3 SUPPORT LEAD AND APPLICATION OWNER JOBS/L3 SUPPORT LEAD AND APPLICATION OWNER NEEDED IN BELGIUM
POSITION: Contract - 6 months + Extensions
START DATE: ASAP (October 1, 2012)
INDUSTRY: Banking
LOCATION: Brussels (Belgium)
DAILY RATE: €350 - €375
FUNCTION:
Provide L3 support, maintenance and enhancement customization services (Bug-Fixing, Helping L2 support team, enhancements, etc). Interacting with Business and understanding their requirements and discuss with Product Vendor. Overall own the application and ensure that all needs of Business are met for this application.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Genesys Framework - 7.2 & 8.2 (Configuration Layer/Management Layer/Media/Service Layer/Reporting)
- GWT
- Inbound Contact Center and Reporting
- T-Server/Stat Server/Universal Server Troubleshooting
- Analysis of Trategies in IR Designer
- Genesys Voice Composer/Genesys CTI
- Strong experience in Genesys Development, Implementation and Integration Projects
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Peripro V 3.0/Exceed/Clearcase
- Microsoft Visual Source Safe/Quality Center
- VXML/Java/SQL
- PLSQL/UNIX

- Development, implementation and integration experience in various Genesys/CTI projects
